There are currently 3.5 billion smartphones in the world.
Today, we send more that 280 BILLION emails.
And the average time spent doing a task on a computer screen is just 1 minute and 15 seconds.
So what can we do to ensure we flourish in this fast-paced digital world that is constantly changing?
My name is Carrie Budds and I want to welcome to Digital Resilience, an online training course for today’s digital world.
The course is made up of 6 lessons, each of which should take an hour or less to complete.
By the end, you will have a clear understanding of actions you can take to control your own online habits. You will also have learned techniques and skills for communicating effectively online and how to overcome distractions and work efficiently when remote working.
The course is a combination of video content, written information, shared articles and quizzes to test your knowledge. Simply work through each section and mark it as done as you go.
If you encounter any issues, please email me at the email address below.
Good luck, and enjoy the course!
