1 hour interactive workshop where I help people to understand digital stress in their own lives, and the causes (or “stressors”). Includes techniques on how attendees can develop and maintain positive digital habits and behaviours, based on their own concerns (for example, too much screen time, checking work emails impulsively etc.).  We also address triggers (both internal & external) that prompt us to have poor digital habits.

It includes a 2-page worksheet that attendees complete during the session (this is provided).

This workshop opens with a structured 45 minute presentation on digital wellbeing.
This is followed by an interactive workshop where I help people to understand digital stress in their own lives, and the causes (or “stressors”). Includes techniques on how attendees can develop and maintain positive digital habits and behaviours, based on their own concerns (for example, too much screen time, checking work emails impulsively etc.).  We also address triggers (both internal & external) that prompt us to have poor digital habits.

6-week “Work Digitally Smart” corporate program (all employees)

This program aims to embed a healthy digital culture into your organisation.

Selected “digital wellbeing champions” participate in the 1 day training. Digital wellbeing guidelines are developed with your organisation and rolled out across the company. Participants in the program complete a digital diary over the 6 week period, during which they will also receive structured emails with information and guidance on how to “work digitally smart”.

At the end of the program, digital usage decreases and employees will have developed healthy, sustainable digital habits which will help to reduce stress, improve productivity and report greater satisfaction with the company and their workload.

It includes a number of worksheets & pre/post assessment forms that attendees complete before, during & after the program (these are provided).
