1 hour interactive workshop where I help people to understand digital stress in their own lives, and the causes (or “stressors”). Includes techniques on how attendees can develop and maintain positive digital habits and behaviours, based on their own concerns (for example, too much screen time, checking work emails impulsively etc.). We also address triggers (both internal & external) that prompt us to have poor digital habits.
It includes a 2-page worksheet that attendees complete during the session (this is provided).
