1/2 Day Digital Stress Management
A half-day training program that contains two modules focussing on digital stress management.

- Understand and identify techniques
- Provision of “digital minimalism” concept and 30 day program
- Activities & mindfulness exercise
It includes a number of worksheets that attendees complete during the session (these are provided).
